Resins (glues) are used to bond wood fibers, which are compressed with special heated presses for its production. It is denser than chipboard and resistant to wear. Also, it does not absorb any moisture. Metal: Metal is widely used in furniture construction, offering several advantages over other materials. It is extremely resistant to wear, ideal for furniture intended for daily use in a demanding environment. It maintains its shape and structure perfectly, ensuring stability and longevity. Besides the properties mentioned above, metal can also have other characteristics, such as antimicrobial action (copper) or superconductivity (molybdenum).Maintenance Instructions: MDF: To clean, use a soft dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For stains, use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface until the stain is removed. Finally, wipe the surface well with a dry cloth. MDF is sensitive to moisture, so it is important to protect it from moisture. Wipe off any liquids immediately. Do not use strong cleaners or chemicals as they may damage the MDF. Metal: For any indoor metal, dusting or wiping with a damp cloth regularly is recommended. However, for outdoor metal furniture, follow these steps: For extended protection, apply protective cream, easily available in stores, to your metal furniture. If your furniture is processed and painted with powder-coating, it is very durable and can be cleaned easily with a damp cloth. If your metal furniture is not powder-coated, you need to be more careful and keep it away from water and humidity. You can cover them with special covers and, if possible, place them indoors during winter. If you notice rust, remove it with turpentine, then apply anti-rust varnish before painting the surface with oxidation-resistant paint.
